So this “kheer” or rice pudding is what came about as a result of @chefvineet mentioning on @master.chef.india that his mom made cauliflower kheer. Before you say ugh, let me say that this cauliflower rice slow cooked in almond milk and sweetened with monk fruit is a gift for those having to watch their sugar and carbs.
